Gear for a tech nomad is not aesthetic — it is uptime. If the adapter fails or the bag wrecks your shoulder, the sprint fails with it.

Core: laptop, PD charger, adapters, noise-canceling headphones, merino layers, compact rain shell, tiny med kit, zip bags, backup cables.

Test the bag fully packed before the airport. If you cannot lift it comfortably, you packed feelings, not gear.

Buy consumables locally; ship replacements to stable addresses when possible.
