A team that always agrees is a team where it is too costly to disagree. Consensus reached in under five minutes is almost never consensus. It is silence pretending to be agreement, and the unspoken objections will resurface later as missed deadlines and ghost rewrites.
Healthy teams disagree visibly, name the trade-off, decide on purpose, and move. The argument is the feature, not the bug.
